GA Industries UNIVERSAL SURGE ANTICIPATOR Valves protect against waterhammer surges created by a sudden stoppage of pumping or valve closure. Designed for use with raw sewage or other debris-laden fluids, they open fully on a downsurge and then close slowly after the upsurge wave passes. Refer to Bulletin S-625 for more information. Our engineers will analyze the surge potential of your system and select size the proper size surge anticipator valve upon receipt of a completed "Surge Analysis Checklist."
