Figure 200 Rubber Flapper Swing Check valves are standard with 250 PSI (1,724 kPa) rated ductile iron body and cover with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a Buna-N molded rubber disc. The valve fully conforms to AWWA C508-01 including the standardized laying length. It is available from 2” (DN50) to 24” (DN600) and is suitable for water, wastewater and raw sewage in horizontal or vertical installations. It can be easily lined and coated for use with abrasive or corrosive fluids. The GA Industries rubber flapper check valve successfully completed a 1- million cycle test conducted by an independent testing agency.
