The Figure 992 Combination Vacuum Breaking and Air Release Valves is a 2-valve assembly consisting of a Figure 990 Vacuum Breaking Valve and a Figure 920 Air Release Valve. It is suitable for water that does not contain solids or debris. The valve is available from 2-1/2” (DN65) to 12” (DN300) with ANSI Class 125 or Class 250 flanged cast iron body for pressures to 400 PSI (2,758 kPa). The air release valve is standard with either 3/16” (5mm) orifice for working pressure up to 150 PSI (1,034 kPa) or 1/8” (3mm) for pressure to 300 PSI (2,069 kPa).

The Figure 993 Combination Vacuum Breaking and Air Release Valve is a 2-valve assembly consisting of a Figure 991 Vacuum Breaking Valve and a Figure 929 Short Body Wastewater Air Release Valve. The valve is suitable for both clean water and solids-bearing fluids such as sewage, wastewater and raw water. The valve is available from 2-1/2” (DN65) to 24” (DN600) with ANSI Class 125 or Class 250 flanged cast iron body for pressures to 400 PSI (2,758 kPa). The air release valve is standard with either 5/16” (8mm) orifice for working pressure up to 75 517 PS (kPa) or 3/16” (5mm) for pressure to 150 PSI (1,034 kPa).

Figure 991 Vacuum Breaking valves are suitable for both clean water and solids-bearing fluids such as sewage, wastewater and raw water. It has an adjustable opening pressure as determined by the position of an external counterweight permitting the valve to remain closed during minor vacuum conditions to avoid unnecessarily admitting air into the system. The valve is available from 2-1/2” (DN65) to 24” (DN600) with ANSI Class 125 or Class 250 flanged cast iron body for pressures to 400 PSI (2,758 kPa). The air inlet is supplied with a hood and screen to minimize entry of foreign material. The standard valve has a cast iron body, bronze or 316 stainless steel trim and Buna-N rubber seat for use up to 150F (82C).
