The Durovent Figure 955SS Combination Air Valve is an all stainless steel two valve assembly consisting of Figure 925SS Air Release Valve and a Figure 935SS Air & Vacuum Valve, piped together at the factory and tested as a unit. It is available in 2" x 1" (1" size with 2" connection) and 2" and is ideally suited to applications where the fluid or the ambient conditions are especially corrosive. The dual valve arrangement allows the air release valve to be supplied with either a standard orifice for up to 150 PSI working pressure or a larger low pressure orifice for working pressure up to 75 PSI. The Figure 955SS can be supplied with optional backflushing attachments.

The Figure X942SS is ideal when the fluid not clean and/or the ambient conditions are corrosive. It is ideally suited to coastal installations or when the vault is subject to flooding. The Figure X942SS is available in 2” x 1” (1” size with 2” NPT connection) or 2” x 2” (2” size with 2” NPT connection) and has a 316 SS body, trim and external fasteners for maximum corrosion resistance. It is suitable for working pressure to 150 PSI (1,034 Kpa). If required, the Figure X942SS can be supplied with optional backflushing attachments.

The Figure 959 Combination Air Valve is a two-valve assembly consisting of a Figure 939 “short body” air & vacuum valve and a Figure 929 “short body” air release valve, piped together at the factory and tested as a unit. The “short body” combination air valve can be used in installations when there is insufficient clearance for the standard body combination air valve. It is available in 1” (25mm) and 2” (50mm) size with NPT connections. The 1” (25mm) size has a 2” (50mm) connection to minimize plugging with solids. An optional ISO flange connection is available. Wastewater combination air valves are often supplied with optional backflushing attachments.

The Figure 957 Combination Air Valve is a two-valve assembly consisting of a Figure 935 air & vacuum valve and a Figure 927 high capacity air release valve, piped together at the factory and tested as an assembly. The high capacity air release valve can vent sewage gases at a faster rate. The standard Figure 957 is available in sizes 4” to 8” (100mm to 200mm) with ANSI flange connection. An ISO flange is optional on all sizes. Wastewater combination air valves are often supplied with optional backflushing attachments.

The Figure 942 Combination Air Valve has the air & vacuum and the air release functions housed in a single body. The Figure 942 is recommended when the fluid is not clean, such as sewage or wastewater. It is available in 1”, 2” or 3” (25mm, 50mm or 80mm) with NPT connections or 4” to 8” (100mm to 200mm) with flanged connection. The 1” size has a 2” pipeline connection to minimize plugging with solids. Optional ISO flange connection is available on all sizes. The Figure 942 is a “full port” valve with standard cast iron body and 316 SS trim for working pressure up to 200 PSI (1,378 Kpa). Wastewater combination air valves are often supplied with optional backflushing attachments.

The Figure 983 Slow Closing Combination Air Valve is a three-valve assembly consisting of a Figure 930 Air & Vacuum Valve, a Figure 905 or 920 Air Release Valve and a Figure 284 Surge Check Valve, factory assembled and tested as a unit. The standard Figure 983 is available from 3” to 16” (80mm to 400mm) and has a cast iron body with ANSI or ISO flange connection, 316 stainless steel float balls and trim and Buna-N seats. The surge check valve has flanged cast iron body with bronze or stainless steel trim. The “custom” feature allows alternate air release valves to be used if operating conditions dictate the need for higher capacity than the standard Figure 905 or 920 Air Release Valve.

The Figure 950 Custom Combination Air Valve is a two-valve assembly consisting of an air & vacuum valve and an air release valve, factory assembled and tested as a unit. The Figure 950 is available from 1/2" to 3" (DN15 to DN80) with NPT pipeline connection and 3" to 16" (DN80 to DN400) with an ANSI or ISO flange pipeline connection and cast iron body, 316 stainless steel float balls and trim and Buna-N seats. The standard configuration incorporates a Figure 930 KINETIC Air & Vacuum Valve paired with a Figure 905 Air Release Valve up to 4" (DN100) size and a Figure 920 Air Release Valve in larger sizes. However, the "custom" feature allows alternate air release valves to be paired with the Figure 930 if operating conditions dictate the need for a higher venting rate than that of the standard air release valve.

Figure 945 Compact KINETIC Combination Air Valve

Figure 945 Combination Air Valves have the air & vacuum and air release functions housed in a single compact, lightweight body and are available from ½” to 3” (15mm to 80mm) with NPT connection and 2” to 4” (50mm to 100mm) with ANSI or ISO flanged connection. The standard valve has a COMPACT cast iron body, a 316 stainless steel float balls and Buna-N rubber seats. It is a “full port” valve to provide maximum air outflow and inflow capacity, suitable for use with clean water for working pressures up to 300 PSI (2,067 Kpa). The standard Buna-N seats are suitable for water between 33F and 180F (1 - 82C).
