  • Piston design provides dependable operating power with no diaphragms to suddenly fail.
  • Standard heavy-duty globe or angle cast iron body with stainless steel vee-ports.
  • Provides ideal combination of full-port capacity and excellent low flow control.
  • Well suited for either open/close or throttling applications
  • Size 1½ to 3-inches (37 to 75 mm) with threaded ends, 2 to 8-inches (50 to 200 mm) with Class 125 or 250 flanges.
  • Optional visual position indicator rod.

Available with BS, DIN or ISO flanges.

Function and Applications

The "Balanced Piston" main valve is used in GA Industries SERIES 2000 pilot-operated control valves for water. Simple and dependable with only one moving part, the balanced piston design main valve provides excellent service in municipal and industrial control applications.
